Hibernia recognised abroad?

    Hi I was just wondering does anyone know how the Hibernia HDip Ed (Primary)is viewed abroad specifically the UK and Australia? Is it accredited for immigration purposes? It it looked on as lesser than Pats etc.?

    Given that it holds HETAC accreditation, I'd imagine its fully accepted overseas.

    Trotter,

    I've seen in other threads that you were on the Hibernia Course.
    Just wondering if you've finished the course yet.
    I got accepted into the February course there the other day.....delighted, eager to get started.
    How did you find the course?

    Im finishing in August, just in the middle of my last TP now. Its been good so far. They give you every opportunity to become a really good teacher, and you can make what you want of the course.. i.e. everything is there for you if you want to make a good teacher.

    I've enjoyed it but especially during TP it can take up all the hours of the day. Tough but worthwhile I would say. Good luck with it.
