Program for Recording On-Screen Activity

I'm looking to create a video of how to use a site of mine and I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a good (preferably free) program I could use to capture the on-screen demonstration (similar to this screencast). I will be looking to stream the video as .flv also, so it would be nice if it saved the screencast in that format, but it's no big deal if it doesn't.

Edit: I just fount the List of screen recording software page on Wikipedia, but if you have any recommendations I'm still interested!

There is one I've used called Bobyte AviScreen Classic, which should do the trick.

I recommend Wink too. It's free, pretty quick to pick up and while it doesn't produce flashy and snazzy output, it gets the job done. I use it at work to demonstrate our software to prospective clients and it gets the job done.
