Cannot Watch RTE1,RTE2,TV3,TG4 on Sky Box

    Sorry if this has been posted already. My parents got Sky installed today. They have purchased 4 mixes including the one with RTE etc. On RTE1,RTE2,TV3 and TG4 there is a blue screen with the following message " For Your Information This program is Not Available". What is causing this message and what do I need to be able to receive these channels? All other channels are working fine. Thanks.

    Ring Sky and tell them. I had the same situation... I was subscribing to Sports channels and was getting this message. Just some little error on the activation of the card. It will be sorted in seconds ONCE you get talking to the "nice" people at Sky. You'll know what I mean.;)
