    Hi:

Has anyone here seen any good DVDS on improving your punching skills?
    Who is good and why?

I got Geoff Thompson Real Punching 1 - 3 DVDs, and their very good.

Also got John Brawns Punching DVDs, and their good too!

Most of the stuff I know, but I am always in search of new things or tricks to improve my punching skills.

anyone else seen any other good punching DVDs?

    Hey Mill,

I got some DVDs buy a coach called Chris Getz. The series is called "Ultimate Boxing Lessons". The fundamentals DVD is excellent! very comprehensive, but it is based on traditional boxing.

Are the J. Brawn DVD good?

    Cheers,

    R.

yes the John Brawn DVDs are pretty good... got kettle bell work outs, which you can improvise and grab a dumbell and follow along.

most of the stuff I know, however its always good to get a different angle on something you want to master.
