    Anyone order from barrabes.com before?

They shipped an order to me on Tuesday, and gave me a Chronoexpres tracking number, which doesn't appear to work. At least I think that's what it says, not being able to read Spanish!

So anyway, how long does it usually take for these things to arrive?

Not too long. I've found Barrabes to be good on deliveries even replacing an item for free when I'd ordered the wrong size.

    Hey,

Give it until next Wednesday or Tuesday for delivery. If you've any problems, phone their english speaking customer care number and they'll take good care of you.

That Chronoexpres tracking number is useless as the tracking won't be up to date once the parcel leaves Espana. It's the equivalent of our old SDS service from An Post. The actual courier who will be used by Chronoexpres to get it to your doorstep is GLS. If you don't get the order early/mid next week, the girls at Barrabes will be happy to hound Chronoexpres for the GLS tracking number, but they're unlikely to get it on their system until Monday morning or so.

Hope that helps. Been there already, and I've had the assistance of a Spanish colleague at work calling Chronoexpres to find out what he could. Put your worries aside though, you'll be grand.

Good prices and great service in my experience.

    Gil

Turns out that they shipped it Standard instead of Express, and are going to refund my shipping costs, which is nice.
