Yeah its a rifle scope only, I'd say a shotgun would destroy it in no time.

thanks rew. well i m out of ireland for a while i will be back to ireland after new year 3 rd.if it is still available i m definitely going to buy yours,to be honest i really loved yours. but i m just wondering that does your scope fit any other models of rifle like sako 85 finnlight or something like that?

Scope will fit any rifle once you have the appropriate rings and mounts to go with the rifle. The mounts and rings Im sell there fit the scope and any rifle that has a picatinny rail. Hope that helps.
