    Hi All,

Need to get the house insulated, it was built in the late 70', the wall cavity is about 3 inchs that needs to be filled. Now I'm going to get the Sprayed Polyuretahne Foam or the Bonding beads insulating pumped in.

Any one know which is better , one installer told me that you cant pump form into a 3 inch cavity !! any know is this true. I was going to go with Shannon Insulations http://www.shannoninsulations.com/ anyone use this company , and can offer me some advise please & thx.

    hey NOGLimerick,
which did you go for in the end?

am near ready with a new build to get it insulated and was going to go with the rockwool(fibre) solution but now people are telling me to go with beading!
my parents house (built in the 60's) was pumped with fibre 3 years ago and its a different house, so warm!
then others tell me that fibre sinks and beading doesn't!

let us know what you think.
