Appeal: LyricFM Cruise competition questions needed for deserving older couple

    Hello
Would any kind-hearted person out there be willing to pass on the questions given out each day this week on Drivetime Classics for the Norway Cruise competition? It is for a really great older couple (you have to be over 50 to enter), and I can vouch that they really deserve a shot at this competition. I have been tuning in as much as possible every day to try to catch the questions but it is very difficult with work and I keep missing them.
Note that I am just looking for the questions, not the answers. This couple just wants a shot at the prize and are more than willing to do the work on getting the answers themselves.
If anyone is willing, I could give you my mobile no. if you didn't want to post the questions on the board.
    Many thanks in advance.

Out of curiosity, isn't there something illegal about attempting to fix the outcome of a competition like this?

What's this? Have I missed something?

This is going OT slightly, but it refers to radio competitions... For those who haven't heard, Galway Bay FM had a long running competition pulled unceremoniously from the air last week.

    Theories abound.

Bard, I'm not sure how this would be "fixing the outcome" of the competition any more than if the couple in question obtained the questions themselves directly by listening to the show. I'd take exception to the use of the word "fix" here. As I emphasised in my original post, they want only the questions, not the answers. In other words, they only want the chance to enter, not a guarantee of winning - just like any other entrant to the competition.

PetraMac, if you read my question again, I think you'll see I didn't say you were trying to fix the outcome. ("like this" in the question refers to "competition like this" not "attempting to ... like this").

You're certainly trying to influence the outcome though but I'm not passing any judgement on you over that. I'd very much doubt you'll get the help you're asking for here.

It's true that you didn't direct "attempting to fix" at anyone explicitly, Bard, but given the context of this thread it's easy to interpret it the way I did.
In my experience, users of internet forums are extremely generous-spirited and are usually more than willing to pass on information. I know I certainly do this in internet forums whenever I can and I'd have no problem with anyone else looking for help in this way.
Maybe you're right that no-one will be able to help me get this information for my friends - the request was always a long shot. But I'd like to believe that it's more because not many people who are doing the competition also read this forum than anything else.

I didn 't get to hear the programme in question. However, had I done so I would have had no problem whatsoever answering your very reasonable request.

Thanks Michael - I think yours is the attitude most people would have!
