    Hello, please help us to help you by reading this before posting for assistance...

    Firstly, if you have just started to use GPRS (WAP, MMS, Internet) services and are having trouble with connections... (e.g. getting a TEXT message when you are sent an MMS, or getting GPRS errors when trying to connect (e.g. Subscribe to GPRS first messages etc.)) make sure to contact your operator's Customer Support team. They may have to enable data services (provision) on their systems specifically for your account before these services will work on your handset.

    Here are the contact details each of the operators:
    * Vodafone Customer Support New: Online Care Centre
    * O2 Customer Support
    * Meteor Customer Support
    * 3 Ireland Customer Support

    You can try to check your settings using this thread:
    Irish Operator Settings [Including WAP 2.0]

    Otherwise, if you are set-up correctly but are still having trouble with operator support with connections to Web, WAP, E-mail, MMS or other non network related connections. Please can you give some background info with your request. This should get you a faster solution to your issues...

    For example: (but include anything you think may be relevant)
    What operator you are with (Voda / O2 / Meteor)
    What type of account you have: Pre-Pay (Top Up) or Post-Pay (Billed-Monthly)
    Make / model of handset you are using (is it SIM-Free or from a Specific Operator)
    Any error message you get (quote it!)
    If relevant are you using a PDA or Smartphone, what make / model / OS Version
    If relevant what e-mail service are you trying to use
    If relevant are you using a PC / Mac / Linux, what OS and Version is it running
    If relevant are you connecting via Cable / Infrared / Bluetooth / WiFi
    ... if Bluetooth what Bluetooth Software is running e.g. 3rd party installed by you (which and what version one?) or built in e.g. Windows XP SP2 or Mac OS X.

    Thanks :)
