non 1800 NTL Customer 'Care' number (i.e. local irish number)

Hi, abroad just at the moment and have to query NTL Bill, can't call on the 1800 number so does anyone know a local Irish number I can try calling them on? Thanks.

If you can setup a Blueface account and use your PC or hardware you can dial the 1800 number.
