solar panels, any point in Ireland?

Does anybody here have solar panels on their camper? What kind of effeciency do you get out of them, especially with our cloudy weather? I'm half thinking about getting some (to keep the batteries permanently topped up) but am wondering would it be worth the hassle and the investment ... Any info would be appreciated,…
