    Greetings

    Just a post to say that there is a new RITA-ITF Club in Carlow town,
    TaeKwonDo is a Korean martial art with a focus on kicking and other strikes, it is very focused on fitness and flexibility. It is great for meeting new people and confidence!

    we have a class on Saturday 28 January in Carlow Youth Centre, Green Lane, Carlow at 2.30-4.30. This class is open to everyone from 4 years upwards.

    Just a quick note that classes are now moved to St. Lawrence O'Tooles Athletic Club, Saturdays 12-2 with wednesday classes when numbers allow at a later date
