i think i fold here. His range of hands dosent change because of your small raise preflop. Its far too wide on such a dangerous board. Raise more preflop if you are raising

I'd sometimes just limp with AK in similar situations to this. Is this terrible?

I should have realised at the time that if i called the turn bet i was pretty much committing myself to calling a shove on a non heart river.
