New Sky Box

    Hi all,

I will be moving to a new house shortly and there will be a newer model of a sky box from my own left behind by the previous owners. How would I go about setting up my card to work in the newer sky box? Will I have to go down to my local sky dealership for them to set it up or can I do it at home?

I want to set up the old box elsewhere in the house to use the FTA channels.

To set up your viewing card in the newer box just ring Sky (0818-719819) and ask to have the card paired to the new box (if needs be, just tell them the old box died or something).

To rig up the old box to another room, you'll need a Quad LNB on the dish which will allow up to 4 connections. Cable the old box directly to the dish into one of the spare ports on the Quad LNB.
