    Hi all,

i have a couple of questions-

    (1) I am looking to get the following work done and was wondering could anyone recommend a-close-to-dublin based general builder that could do the whole lot?

    (2) in your opinion, would i be better to get one general builder to all these jobs or contact separte tradesmen separately myself?

personally i think a good builder would organise these jobs better than i can (as a layman)

    kitchen work:
    complete refit including
    install ventillation shaft
install new work tops, new sink, cupboards
    replace gas system

    bathroom:
    tilling walls
put in extractor fan (running flexi coving through kitchen and through external wall
remove water tank and refit in hall outside bathroom
install new chrome radiator (gas powered)

    sitting room:
    install wooden floors
    install external air ventilation

    hall:
replace boiler (possible combi boiler if suitable)
    fit new carpet

    bedroom 1:
    install external air ventilation
    fit new carpet
    fit built in wardrobes

    bedroom 2:
    install external air ventilation
    fit built in wardrobes
    fit new carpet

    thanks very much in advance!
