On their website it says visiting times are 2-4pm and 6.30 to 8pm daily. Just wondering if they're very strict on theses times or could you go in at anytime?

    Thanks in advance.

My sister has been in the Mater all week and we were able to visit at pretty much any time without anyone saying anything at all. One of the nurses was very strict and she did ask my mum to leave at 8pm on the dot one evening, but that was the only time that it was an issue.

It may depend on the ward though; if there's other patients in the room who are v sick then they'll prob adhere to it more strictly.
