    New Caparison V:

I likes it. Not sure if some of the V enthusiasts around here will be enthused with it, or shake their heads in dismay.

    Yes, that's got 27 frets. :)

Same fugly cutaway as the ESP V Alexi Laiho (sp?) amongst others uses. It's just wrong.

What? You don't like upper fret access? Madness!

I'm a fully grown man. My fingers haven't been small enough to squeeze into a 27th fret space since I was about 12 years old. To be honest, today I was looking into some baritone guitars, it's all about the low notes Ken, not the screechy high ones ;)

That upper fret access looks amazing, i'm not a fan of black guitars but that looks like a real player, nice.

That's ghastly, V's shouldn't be bastardised like that. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. ;)

Ebony fingerboard, hard maple thru-neck, mahogany body, floyd rose, whats not to like? :D
Ive never been overly enamoured with V's, but this is defintely one of the nicest ive seen, much nicer and more functional than the boring old Gibbo anyhow

mustaines new V is vile,it looks like they lost interest when they design the head but it is a dean so id say it playes well, the caparison is lovely,i quite like the black one, very stealthy

    Thank you! :D

    Finally someone sees the appeal.

Also, I don't get Mustaine, he's been with a load of different guitar companies, and keeps making the same guitar. Sounds like he's only in it for the money, and whichever company can give him the best offer, he goes with, which is a shame.

I quite like it. I'm not a big V fan but the fish-tail shape of the body looks nice, it looks like a weapon and who doesn't love a weapon made of pure ROCK!

everything bout the first one isin't mice at all, the head, bidy finish, fret markers, i wouldn't mind an edwards in a while, heard they are savage entirley, i still think the gibson's have that classic appeal though!

Exception to the rule. Besides, the Jackson has 22 frets, while the Caparison has 27. :)
