I have to get to Vicar street in Tuam tomorrow
I am coming from the Galway side up the N17

Have a map and it looks like all i need to do is go right onto Church View and carry on onto Vicar Street
Got a feeling that there will be a one way street or something:confused:

Going to the Dental Surgery on Vicar Street so any advice on parking would be great also

    Cheers in advance

Turn right at the first traffic lights you meet, All you need to do is drive straight down there, you will be in Vicar Street.

It can be a bit of a disaster for parking around there, You could park in the carpark of the railway kitchen. Thats on the right immediately after the railway crossing. Then you'd have a 2 min walk.
Or you could keep driving down Vicar Street, hope to get parking on the side of the street, there is some parking there but not very often any space!
Or you could keep going up further, theres a car park on the left but thats always full!

Other than that, Keep driving up the town, turn right at the square and park in either the cathedral or O'tooles. (O'tooles is free parking for 2 hours, everywhere else in Tuam, you have to pay.

Yeah, a right at the first traffic lights.

Then you are on a 1 way street but dont worry, you are going the right way down it :)

After a few seconds driving, you will see a road to the right, but you keep going straight. Theres a Maxol station on the left, then you pass over the railway crossing and you are in Vicar Street. You will see a mini roundabout just after the railway too, Go straight on. You are in Vicar Street at this stage. I think the dentist is on the left somewhere (not sure about that though).
