Services on the Luas Red Line in Dublin city centre have returned to normal after an incident at Blackhall Place halted services between Blackhorse and Connolly Station earlier today.

Queen Street has been reopened after the incident, and AA Roadwatch says there are no further delays.

Luas tickets were valid on Dublin Bus for the duration of the stoppage.
