Live NL game, pretty loose. The villain in this hand can play very well when his head in the the right place, but all too often its not.

I'm in the small blind in this hand with just €250. The table is 7 handed. 3 limpers and the button makes it €15. I call with 66. The Big Blind, UTG, and UTG+1 all call. Then the villain shoves for €160. Button folds.

    Should I shove or fold?

i think i might join the hordes that are attacking you Nicky! :D

Whether you think his head is in the right place or not on this particular night, I shove here against anyone who can play "very well". Too likely that he's just trying to pick up the €80ish in the middle uncontested with QJ/JT sooted or the like. If he has an overpair (and it held up), WP him.

villain was the third limper? As you describe the hand I fold, however this hand probably hinges on some ridiculous read you won't reveal until the 20th reply where it turns out you called and won against 65o.

    Why do you fold?

because I think he has an overpair at least as often as an underpair, rarely has a card under a 6, and I'm worried about being overcalled by one of the loose players behind me. I think his most likely hand is 2 big cards but you still don't do well against his range.

Meh, you of all people should know this is a push. He had 22, :D but he hit a set on the turn.

Only hands I can worry about here are probably 77/88. With only 12 ways to make those 2 hands and and a ****load of ways to make up all the other limping hands he could have I don't see how this can be a fold. Like KP said he's just trying to pick up the €80 in the middle with any limping hand, way too often here and worrying about getting overcalled from behind is crazy. I'm basically risking €145 to win €235 so it's a decent price against his range.

Don't like this play either. What RT said seems about right.
