Who here has a problem with the rules in the big mma events? What rules would you change and why? I personally like the less rules the better days. But I like the idea of standing them up if nothing is happening or taking money from them if they are not engaging.

I love the Chute Boxe stomping in Pride so I wish UFC had that.I hate when elbows cut someone really badly but having said that I still like elbow G'n'P

while in theory prides 10% fight purse penalty is fine, the way they use it is not always - how many times have we seen fighters actively working on the ground but because neither fighter has got a clear advantage they are carded for inactivetuy as pridecan only stand a fighter up for stalling - they need to allow stand upsa for fighters in a stalemate or failing to inmprove their positioning without calling it a foul

What if there was an event with no rules ( except the ones allocated in the first ufcs) But there would be stalling penalties. No time limit.:D No cut stoppages. I know it sounds brutal but so is a real fight. Which I think was the original idea behind cage fighting. People want to see who is the toughest and has the best style. Although now nobody trains in one style. They want it realistic so there is no if's or but's to who is the best fighter.

This is what I feel anyway, obviously not speaking for everyone.
