    HEy.

    Just spotted this little dinky:
    http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=325713
125 euro for a 160 gig hard drive for my macbook. Sweet.

I wouldnt know where to start. Ok, I would, but I would be sh1tting myself.
I have an external USB drive and SuperDuper, and appearantly its really not that difficult.

I really need more space, my 60 gigs has been eaten up so fast.

Has anyone upgraded their macbook hard drives?

You're in luck. It seems like they've made it a hell of a lot easier to upgrade the hard drive in the Mac Book. I had to remove a hard drive from an iBook recently and I must have had to take out about 30 screws to get in at the thing.

Anyway... I found a guide here:

Thanks for the link! Looks like a great guide, and thankfully it doesnt seem too difficult to do. I doubled the ram recently, it was handy enough.

Im still a bit worried about using SuperDuper to back up my hard drive on my external, then duplicate it on a new hard drive.

Anyways hopefully it wont be a big deal. Might wait a while anyways, see if they come out with bigger faster cheaper hard drives :D
