Hi i need help with my cb radio. It ia a president harry 2 with a Cb line ML145 whip, it works fine on all the channels and different eu bands except one channel 4 the truckers channel here in waterford it comes in scrambled. i hooked it up to a swr meter and it reads 3 would this have anything to do with it been…
