    well i finally decided to splash out on a gibson so i went for the lp standard! picked it up earier on and had it set up, actions really sweet and plays great! was much nicer than some of the other standards i had tried! ncie fat sound and the sustain is great! hers a few pics if anyone wants a looK!

    i paid a total of 2156 for it in town! got a decent price cause i work in the shop;) was the nicest finish i saw!

    wow, 2200 with a staff discount, that's still waaaay more than buying one in the US

    either way, very nice. take some pics in natural light, those pics make the colour look awful.

    What pickups came in that one. Are they the Burstbuckers? I got a Standard Faded and the burstbuckers are really nice. Bright for a LP but real punchy.
