im looking for a decent power laptop. dell dont have anything i want, as with most manufacturers. im looking for a core duo with more than 1.8 (2ghz pref) , 2gb ram and 100-120 5400rpm hard disk. sony have this in the FE range, but the memory is only 533mhz bus and the hard disk is only 4200 rpm. this seems to be the way with all laptops ( besides the mac book pro). can anyone recommend something in this area, with components speed that match up? i thought sony, being rather expensive would have this down to a T, but apparently they just make pretty , non impressive laptops
