Channel 6 testing on Satellite.

    Ch6 now testing FTA on satellite at

    11260/H/27500 2/3 UNDER THE NAME OF "52103"

    Currently showing test card with channel 6 epg data.

    if Channel 6 will be encrypted by the time it launches then the decision to do so will already have been made

    I think you give the Channel too much credit.. I emailed the channel a fortnight ago asking if they were going to be on the Northern Ireland EPG, still awaiting a reply...That says a lot for this Channel.

    Is it really broadcasting FTA at moment ?

    I just did a scan there and found nothing.

    The test card is gone now and they are showing the program that is listed on the EPG, It is NOT FTA.

    I have just added Channel 6 to my 'Other Channels' on both boxes.
    UK Card and it is 'Not Available'.
    Republic of Ireland Card it is coming in loud and clear.

    No surprises to report!

    Anyway back to the Nolan sisters on RTE 1........................
