I have opened a paypal account. It seems that it is impossible to lodge money into it, so the only way to use it is by adding a credit card? As far as I understand I have to pay 5% fee for each credit card transaction and I’m limited to 5 transactions per year?

The only way to use an Irish Paypal account is using with the CC, unfortunately there is no other way of adding funds to it afaik.

No, you pay fees only if you receive money from other PayPal accounts.
If you pay for something using your PayPal account you won't be charged any fee. And no limitation also. Its the same if you pay for goods in the shops. ;)

    3V!

This is exactly what I was gonna ask about.

I have a 3V card, but as you know, each new voucher gives you a new CC number and expirey date.

Is it possible to change your credit card in paypal, each time you want to make a payment??

Thanks for any advice on this.
