Problems with UNCompany??

I ordered (among other items) a rifle carrying case from UN company before christmas. When the package arrived, the bag was missing. However, a pair of women's shoes and a baby vest were in the package instead!

Anyway....UNCompany advised me to make a claim against An Post.
So, I contacted An Post and the Customs dept in Portlaoise and they told me to -bleep- off, and that the sender needed to file a missing/damage goods claim with the postal service they used. In this case, EMS Hong Kong Speed Post.

So, I informed UN Company. Ten days & 2 emails later I haven't recieved a reply from them. They are ignoring me.

Has anyone else had any problems with them?

I thought that they provided a good service but I don't think I'll bother buying from them again if they don't get this sorted soon.

I didn't receive Ebay goods from America after waiting a very long time. I rang my credit card company about 4 months after the initial purchase. They said that all internet purchases were insured with them (visa) and not to worry, I'd have the money refunded in full. Which I did. Through Paypal.

So you should have a lot longer then 20 days to sort it out.

Anyway, I think its for the best, you'd look stunning in DPM's and a pair of womens high heels

Thanks for reminding me about opening a dispute in Paypal. FYI, both parties have 20 days to sort out the issue before paypal gets involved, but I don't see any mention of a time limit on opening a dispute.

Anyhow. I just got an email with new shipping details from UNCompany. I don't know why, but they are resending me everything in the order, and not just the missing rifle bag. I guess that UNCompay filed a claim with Hong Kong Post stating that none of the goods had been delivered.

I clearly stated in several mails that only the bag was missing, so I can only assumed they did not make a mistake in resending everything. That means I have a few extra items including a pistol holster, AK Sling & BB loaders.

I just hope the package arrives before Feb 3rd so I can use the rifle bag instead of a backpack for the AK Beta.
