Anyone read this? Read it over the Xmas. Basically its the story of a 4th Dan Karate Black belt in London and his career in the martial arts from Judo beginnings up to his 30 man kumite (sparring 30 fresh opponents for 1min in a row). Really inspirational stuff I even got up at 7 this morning to go running!! Read it

Lol I totally overlooked the title of your first post, telling me the name and author of the book .... I tought you had forgotten to post a link or something!! My mistake. Thanks for the link though, might check this one out.
