Hi we have to get an electrician in to wire a hob and oven. Has anyone any idea what that would cost?

I opened my hob up today and noticed there was no electrical wiring with it. No plug or whatever either. Is this normal?

Yep, afraid so. The wiring should already be coming out of the wall etc.
