Wind Damage

Quick question re: wind damage to roof. Anyone know if this would be covered by the homebond guarantee? A number of roof tiles have come off my roof in the last hour. Surely a house is built to withstand high winds!?

This happened before, and was repaired by the builders who were still working in the estate at the time.

Your home insurance should cover this
