Anybody have experience with these shams, called me in for an interview, giving the impression over the phone they had plenty of jobs on sites, so i go in and turns out their an agency(although they try to disguise this fact) just trying to build up their contact base, so when they do have clients they can contact you. Batantly lied to me. tosspots. Avoid!

Strange just had a call from this crowd today about a job I applied for ages ago. They seemed very keen over the phone. After a short telephone style interview they gave the impression that an proper interview would just be a formality and that job was there if I wanted it?

I got a contract through them as well, and I didn't have to do an interview for it. Turned out to be the worst three months of my working life, it was in a well known grocery retailer starting with a 'T', their I.T. management was a sham, my boss was a vile little pr1ck.

But I.T. Alliance were good about it. They finished my contract a week early thank god, as I had had absolutely enough, I explained to Conor there that I couldn't continue working for this guy and although the guy tried to force me to work an extra week because I rang in sick for the last 2 days. But I thought Conor was a great guy and I didn't have any problems getting paid or anything like that.
