Right, Got a new Sky+ box from the Introduce a Friend Offer and ever since it was installed, there's been this really irritating beep about every 45 minutes or so. Am I just losing my mind or is the box actually beeping and can I shut it the F*ck up?!

is this when you change channel? or is it while watching a progamme?

It's totally random. I can be looking at the sky guide, just watching the telly. No real pattern. Just every so often, A high pitched beep for 3-4 seconds.
