    hi
i bought a phone off the vodafone website convinced that i would get 120 e of credit free on my phone but i have a prob
when i put in the imei of the phone is says
Sorry! This IMEI is for a phone that has already been registered or is not recognised as a Bonus Pack. Please contact our Ready to Go Customer Care Team if you have any further problems.

im not too sure if the prob is that i availed of a similar offer back in sept with 80e free call credit back in sept
could that be the problem or is it something else? i thought that as long as you bought a new phone you could get the credit offer

    any help is appreciated thanks

Give them a ring or e-mail, i had a similar problem when i brought a phone form Xtra Vision. They have to activate the IMEI or something like that before you can register it for free credit. I had the same errors you got on the site, i went to X-V and they told me to try online i did, stilll the same error. I left it for a week tryed again and go tthe credit!

Give them a ring, they'll sort it out I'm sure as they can just do it manually on their side.
