How much does ammunition cost for one actually? I haven't a clue when it comes to anything about them.

Honostly cant remember something like 10e maybe for about 500 or so ,its bin so long since i bought ammo i realy aint sure, but its a break action single shot so a small bit of ammo will last for ages anyway

Oh just to let you know Scope, if you use the "image code" on photobucket instead of "url link" (its in the third box down ) and paste that in here instead, the image will appear.

If you go up on the 3rd, are you planning on using that mp5? or one of the snipers?...or both?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

i think ill leave the vsr at home and use the shoty as me primary mp5 as my secondary and a brace of berettas as my tertiary's :p , ill alter the shoty and mp5 quite abit id think,

Yeah I think maybe having an automatic as your primary might be the best idea. Could change over to the shotty if there was any close combat stuff. Like in the village. Or defending the fort.

Id love to give the shoty a go actualy when we're up ther if ya dont mind.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

not a problem spitfire ;) , oddly enough itl be the other way around with the mp5 for close work and the shoty for medium and by default, mp5 would be better close up anyway so ill have 2 see,

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,323 ✭✭✭Spitfire666

id say youd be best leaving the main work to the mp5 as the shoty wont be great on the range/rate of fire side of things when all hell breaks loose. there will be abou 50people at this.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

the shotties range is actually realy realy good [being a springer and all] most people describe it as a medium range 3 shot sniper rifle ta give ye an idea :) , and she has brilliant accuracy well over 100 feet, i got the mp5 for the rof realy but ill alternate em allot,

Spit, he just wont listen  heh. You'll find out soon enough what he means!

It's the ROF that would be your main problem. You'll get riddled to bits if you're caught out by a few lads with a springer as your main gun :D

im 2 stubborn [cant help it] i always second guess the shotty though but everytime ive a shoot out against my mates tm m4 im usualy glad i have it ;) ,tbh its mainly for the fun factor il admit, i jsut have 2 have a shoty :p

something inside me is telling me to get a steyr aug and make it in 2 a dm rifle [yes thats right an Aug never tought id even consider 1 but with a nice scope and with the front handle ripped off and a longer barrel/silencer they seem to look very nice ;) ]

Although I don't like the AUG, the two airsoft versions I've seen in person were extremely realistic looking. Kinda made me want one.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

i think ive been converted to the dark side aswell, never tought id here meself praising the appearance of an Aug but their quite hot in my opinion once the fugly handguard is ripped of. gonna wait till after i have a good skirmish first then its purchase is probably inevitable [the Jg version of course ;) ]

So you actually want an Aug above everything else now? That's madness!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,518 ✭✭✭[--SC(+)PE--]

i have no defence for that lol, it is madness :p . but itl be a fair bit different to the standard Aug in looks atleast, with either a silencer/longer outer barrel added that same scope i have on my vsr no fronthandle and based on the AUg a2 model instead http://www.gunnerairsoft.com/newgun/chinese/jg-aug/jg-aug-01.jpg at least it wont be to common either. its either that or hop on the armalite bandwagon with a m16 dmr rifle

Not an armalite :P So boring....

How much would a modified aug like that set you back do you reckon?
