I'm just scanning the web to see if there is any decent websites out there that has PLC simulators and ladder logic generators etc. Has anybody and sites they would recommend? Cheers.

theres this online book http://www.mikroe.com/en/books/plcbook/plcbook.htm

seems to have software setup files (syswin) with it, haven't explored any deeper but might be worth checking out

You can get a trial version of melsoft for use with mitsubishi plc's here
