The sitepoint kit is meant to be quite good, though you may need to edit it:

I haven't had the time to read it yet but it seems pretty good. I've had a glance over the documents and there seems to be one for everything. Don't forget the bit at the end I mentioned, you might save a few bucks if you go ahead with it.
