After recently been given a gamecube, I went on a bit of a search for some games for it. I remembered that cash converters across from my college on Thomas street had a rake of them. Went in this morning and they were more or less all gone. Just your usual stack of Fifas etc left. Slightly annoyed, I went on a walk to most games shops I know of about town.
Most of them had a selection of under ten games. Every one rubbish. One gamestop had about 20 or 30. But again, they were just all cross platform titles.

Anyone have any ideas? Any shops about that you know of with hidden stacks of gamecube titles left on the shelves?

Looks like I'm going to have to resort to ebay.

I heard that Game on Dawson St have some Gamecube games, but you'd probably be either really lucky or have great timing to pick up a classic.

Gamestop Santry havea good number of Gamecube games, didn't get the chance to go through them myself, but there was a fair few there.

..you know, I always forget adverts.ie is there. Must take a look.

Yeah if you have any games you'd be interested in getting rid of give me a shout.
I really do regret buying a ps2 all those years ago instead of a Gamecube. Bah, lesson learned.

Really? I was in there earlier today. All they seemed to have was The Sims 2 and something else I had absolutely no interest in.

Ah well, gave in and bought Metroid Prime and Pikmin on ebay. €33 for both including postage. Not too shabby.

Well, all I remember is Metroid Prime was €15. I remember saying that'd I'd be kicking myself for not buying it. Which came true last week when I finally got a cube.

They're selling them in Game for 39.99. The console that is. Or is it Game? It's the one that was on Grafton street but moved a few streets up because it was costing them too much on rent.

One Gamestop did have some games all right. But they were all terrible. Cross platform stuff you could just get for a ps2. I'm only really interested in Cube specific stuff. (Excluding RE 4 of course!)

the Smash Bros games, anything Mario related, the Metroid games..I really want to get my hands on MGS; Twin Snakes too. Plus a Cube component cable for my HD Tv. although, they're going for mad prices.
