    Is this 3 handed?

Whether it is 3 handed or not, calling 200 out of your 965 stack with KTo isn't a good move. Fold or push preflop. Now that you have called, your mistake is evidenced by the fact that you don't know whether to call the all-in with top pair or not.

If you logically decided you could be ahead with KTo preflop then there's no better flop for you and you shouldn't fold now. The mistake was preflop though.

The PF call was 120 to win 280 with position.
    Is it really that bad?

    It's very bad with KTo.

    It's less bad with 9To.

Overall though, I think it's bad. The SB will only have 430 left behind and the pot will be 400. This hand is going to cost you 630 to play out to the end. Decide preflop whether your hand is worth spending 630 on.

If you think you might be ahead preflop then stick it all in. Otherwise dump it.

    Fully agree with this.

As played though call. You called hoping to hit the flop, you did, so put your chips in. If you are behind then you might think closer about a preflop call again with a hand like that which has negative implied odds.

This particular player is TAG at a full table but loosens A LOT when near/on the bubble. He likes to win chips at this very stage and is definitely LAG 3-handed IMHO.

Preflop I'd probably call or RAI here too. As mentioned, RAI seems the better option indeed. But by calling you give him the opportunity to bluff his chips into your direction. Its dangerous though. You're probably better off collecting his bet without battling and sending a clear signal that you protect your BB. (Although as you know this sometimes works against you, like "I stopped smoking" hitting a 2-outer on the river last night.)

Note that he went all-in on the flop blind. He gave away his hand there and you correctly folded to an overpair.

This is a pretty large raise preflop if I decided to continue with the hand I would shove, I would almost always fold there though even three handed (without readz). As played call flop.
