Yes. Last boxed in very early 90's in Intermediate Final.
Got there on pure brute strength and ignorance (and a very big right hand).
If anybody actually took the time to teach me a little defence I could have done serious damage.

Have coached for over 10 years (obsessive about defence) until literally the last few months when a ridiculous commute and time constraints have forced me to pack it in. Hopefully when things straighten themselves out I can get back again.
