    I had to get a new hard drive for my laptop, the first one was faulty.

    Anyway, the lads managed to save my pokertracker program but all the hand histories were deleted. I had these backed up so this isin't the problem.

    When im importing my tribeca hands its downloading the files but not the hand histories

    Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 16 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.

    When i check the log i get this

    Unable to get the game date...Jan 15


    The end result of this is i have no statistics. I clicked on help but it looks like all the help files were deleted too. Anyone know what i should do?

    Not sure but maybe when you back them up it saves them in a different format than tribeca hands. Try going the 2nd option under file - 'auto import ...generic setup' and see if it works.

    No because its not downloding new files either, i tried the generic one it doesnt work either...

    What do you mean its not downloading the files?
    Does PT import new HHs as you play as normal at the moment?

    yeh i have the import set up right and its importing as i play, but the hands aren't actually saving

    When i check the error log its saying that it cant read the files because its unable to get the game date ???

    Humm. I would check a few things.

    - check that PT is looking in the right folder. If windows was reinstalled/messed with it may be looking in a folder for a different windows user. The 16 files could be old ones not imported+moved (if u played a tourny or omaha etc).

    - check that the tribeca client is saving your HHs. Its off by default.
