Printing onto plastic

I have a epson cx3200 and i was wondering how do i print onto plastic like laminating sheets or pvc cards. Do I need special ink or a laser printer!?!? Thanks

As far as I know, you print out on normal paper, and then need a separate laminating machine which coats the paper in plastic.
