Hi, my friend wants to buy a laptop - can anyone help? She's willing to order from the states if necessary.

-Wants to spend about €800 to €1100 (including windows)
-CPU minimum 1.6Ghz core duo or turion
    -RAM minimum 1Gb
    -Graphics not important
    -HD minmum 80Gb
-preferably as small/light as possible, but would consider 14"

    Any help would be great!

It's a lot more hassle than it's worth. Do a search on these forums for my opinions on the matter.

Dell is your best bet, tbh.
