Two big victories for both teams this weekend and now the Saints will have to travel to Soldier Field to take on the Bears.

Weather should be a factor in this game !!

It's been 21 years since the Bears played in Super Bowl XX and New Orleans has hosted several Super Bowls, but have yet to appear in one.

Growing up on the southside of Chicago I am only hoping for one outcome.

Should be a great game. I think the Bears have a chance. Re-match Pats and Bears??

    1) I just want the Bears to get to another Super Bowl.

    2) I can't pull for another team to get there that I am going to have to cheer against them LOL

Best of luck to the rest of the AFC. I didn't think anyone was going to beat LT and the Chargers.

I think the Bears will win this one, only because of home field advantage.

If the game was in the Superdome I would side with the Saints, cos it really does make a difference IMO.

Saints offence looks great, but the Bears have such an intimidating D that one mistake could decide the game. I think the Bears will win big and go on to face the Colts in the Superbowl.

    Prediction: Bears-27 Saints-13

Bears D is overrated, the let the seahawks rack up 24 points. Saints will probaly reach 35.

Like the Bears in this one... However Seattle proved their D isn't as good as it was made out to be.

Great to see an outdoor game by the way... way it was meant to be imho.

-1C with snow forecast at gametime.

I am stuck at work, so I will be forced to 'reading' the game online at NFL.com .....if I can ever get onto it !!

    And now a gametime prayer:

    OUR PAPA

    WHO ART A BEAR,

    HALLOWED BE THY FAME,

    THY CHAMPIONSHIP COME,

    THY PLAY BE RUN,

AT HOME AS IT IS AWAY,

GIVE US THIS DAY OUR SUNDAY WIN,

    AND FORGIVE US OUR TURNOVERS,

THOUGH WE POUNCE ON THOSE WHO TURNOVER AGAINST US,

AND LEAD US NOT INTO FOURTH AND LONG,

    BUT DELIVER US FROM BREES.

    IN THE NAME OF DITKA,

    BUTKUS,

    AND THE HOLY PAYTON,

    AS IT WAS IN 1985,

SO SHALL IT BE IN 2006, REIGN WITHOUT END.

    Amen

16-7 at halftime but Brees just owned the Bears on that last drive for their score.

    Long way to go !!

18-14 Bears. Around 60 yard run for Saints second touchdown.

Great catch sees Bears extend lead 25-14.

Edit: Benson through for another touchdown - Game over me thinks!!!

Well done to the Bears, but the Packers beat them in the regular season finale.:)

I am sure that is very comforting as they watched the Bears win the Division and NFC Championships on their way to the Super Bowl.

I have to tell the Mrs that I am flying back to Chicago for the celebrations !!
