Just wondering if anyone has a recipe for Seafood Chowder that they've tried and tested? It's a favourite of mine when I go out, but I'm a bit cautious about jumping right in and figuring out a recipe from scratch!

    Thanks in advance.

I have a recipe for chowder whicu i got from the irish independent about 5 years ago. I shall try to scan it and post it here for you when i get a chance.
Its about the only thing I ever cook but it does taste great!(even my wife says so) The fish used is salmon and smoked haddock .
