Fireproofing boundary

Is there any other way of fireproofing a boundary for an oil tank which has been placed too close to comply with building regs other than clad the boundaries in asbestos-type sheets? It is so unsightly - is there a fireproof paste/paint which can be applied which would comply?

Simply put, if it is too close to comply with building regs, move it.

Ideally yes, but the garden has been landscaped, the tank is full and the easiest option (for me too) is to fireproof the boundary.
