Ok I was offered Job A and verbally agreed to take it, they couriered over contract's (still haven't signed) and I agreed to start Monday.

Job B is the one I really wanted but was being handled by an agency and the girl said it was very positive that I was getting the job but they were taking their time as they have to hire 3 other people as well on the same team.
I explained to her to explain to them that I had verbally agreed to take a job staring Monday since I hadn't heard anything back I had agreed to start Monday.
She came back to me this morning saying the guy now want’s me there first thing Monday morning to meet the team (3rd Interview) and the girl said this was good and she will let me know Monday lunchtime afterwards whether I had the job

I was going to lie and say I had a funeral to attend on Monday to Job A as not to harm my chances , I was also given advice to tell the truth and risk loosing the job as it is purely a business decision and I owe no-one nothing

I'm sitting here wondering WTF to put in an email to the guy I'm starting with on Monday in Job A as to not harm my chances but also to explain to him in a business like professional manner that it’s nothing personal and I've to go to the meeting

Any advice on what to say and how to word it?

Sounds like the agency is puching hard for her sale. I'd probably try put it off till the end of the week and then say that you've somewhere to go. If she has a problem with that then there's nought you can do. You've secured a job, but if you go early on in the week there's a possibility that you'll have no job!!!

I sent a mail explaining that I needed a few more day's before I started and they sent this back

In response to this mail I would like to withdraw our job offer.

I had my 3rd Interview this morning with Job B and I met the team I'd be working with and it went well so hopefully I get the job

In my experience, if your meeting the team, that basically means the job is yours [barring any insanity on your part while there with the team] :)
