    Ok so I've ordered a power supply for my wh4 and a few other small things but I'm still waiting for them.I ordered them nearly 2 weeks ago,they're fully in stock.
    On my thomann account it says

    'status: Waiting for Customer Confirmation
    This order has not yet been commissioned for shipping, because we are still waiting for information or a confirmation from you.'

    But I've got nothing to confirm.I've gotten an email off them but it just gives me a list and tells me to email them if I've got a problem which I have but haven't gotten a reply yet.I've ordered stuff off them before and it was all fine.

    Email them and find out why they're waiting.

    ordered last sat same thing...


    i figure there still getin the backlogs outa the way before they get to the newer "after Christmas" orders... i wouldnt worry to much, they'll get it when they can

    they took 2 and a half weeks to ship my order after telling me it'd be shipped the next day, and when it arrived my preamp didn't work. I haven't gotten in touch yet, but i'm pissed and it's going back.

    I ordered a USB midi cable thingy off Thomann a while back and got the same email.

    I believe that if your order is under a certain price (30 euro or something, not sure) you must confirm that it is ok to ship as postage is 15 euro reguardless what you buy. Something to that effect anyway.

    You just have to e mail them or call them and say its ok to ship.
