What other ways besides credit cards (and 3V), can i get funds into my paypal account? I was thinking something along the lines of going into western union and transfering using there system ,or something like that??

For Irish account holders there is no other way of adding funds that I am aware of.

Transfer the money to someones bank account and ask them to transfer the money to you.
