    Folks,
Is there an actual publication spot other than Iris Oifigiuil for Statutory Instruments? As in, where do they get published first?
    Thanks,

    No.

Some departments are good for publishing them, but most are not. The Department of Agriculture is the best IMO.

We maintain a index of what is put in the Iris Oifigiuil here:

ye ucc' connection with bailii.org or its irish equivalent is the best. that the site our class always used. act.ie is ok but u can only see one regulation/artile at a time. so stick to ucc or baillii. updated regularily

How is this added to? It doesn't seem to have:

Road Traffic (Control of Traffic) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 638 of 2006)

Road Traffic Act 1994 (Control of Traffic - Exemption Permits) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 639 of 2006) http://www.dublincity.ie/Images/Road%20Traffic%20Act%201994%20(Control%20of%20Traffic%20-%20Exemption%20Permits)%20Regulations%202006_tcm35-48136.pdf

In fact it reports No. 639 as "SI 639 of 2006 European Communities (Requirements to Indicate Product Prices) Regulations"

The button marked "Print" takes you to the complete instrument in a single document, without actually printing.

Normally it is updated when something is notified in the Iris. That instrument must not have been. I'll get someone to see it. :) Thanks.
